47. What should we do if our company did not receive the payment slip for this month?

The Bureau regularly posts the insurance premium payment slip for the previous month to the insured unit every month before the 25th. If you did not receive it by the end of that month, please visit our website before the 5th day of the next month and click on the Insurance Premium Enquiry and Payment Slip Reprint option under the e-desk service panel to directly print the desired payment slip. Alternatively, you may register for payment slip reissuance by calling our service hotline 412-1111 ext 123#, or at 02-23961266 ext. 3111, or in writing. After you received the reissued slip, please make payments at the designated financial institution.
