If a business unit’s name, registered address or contact address, or the responsible person is changed, the unit shall file a modification request to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the business unit’s basic information.
Note: For the cases which using a person as collecting unit (such as ○○○ lawyer, ○○○ accountant, ○○○ patent agent,○○○ Tax Accounting Agent, ○○○ Insurance Agent) and wish to change responsible person should re-apply to setup a collecting unit and could not use responsible person modification procedure for the change.
