6. Now that we are in the Information Age, why is there no voice inquiry service for labor pension?

According to the Personal Information Protection Act, the identity of a person cannot be determined through voice inquiry methods. Therefore, voice inquiry for monetary information will remain unavailable. Currently, the Bureau has provided various methods for inquiring personal account information such as over the counter service, using your labor protection card, Chunghwa bank card, natural person identity, and personal smartphone and tablet computer apps.
