Permanent Disability Benefits(A lump-sum benefit payment)

This calculation device for occupational accident benefit shall apply to the occupational accidents occurred before April 30, 2022 (inclusive), and to those who opt for the occupational insurance benefits under the Labor Insurance Act.

Related regulations:

1. The average monthly insurance salary is calculated by dividing the insured persons' total monthly insurance salaries in the most current 6 months (including the current month) prior to the insurance incident occurs by 6; for those who have joined insurance coverage less than six months, their average monthly insurance salaries shall be calculated by their actual coverage years.
2. The disability rating and payment standard for disability benefits is approved based on the disability level of individual body parts and the Attachment of the Labor Insurance Disability Benefit Payment Standards.
3. According to the subparagraphs in Paragraph 2, Article 6 of the Labor Insurance Disability Benefit Payment Standards, if the disability in each part of the body meets 2 or more disability items, benefits shall be paid based on the highest disability rating or the highest rating plus 1 to 3 rating(s); or approved based on the total number of days for individual disability ratings.
4. An extra of 50% of the original lump sum payment shall be granted if the insured persons have occupational injuries or are disabled by occupational diseases.
