As required by law, occupational unions and fishermen's associations should submit the "Labor Insurance Premium Payment Receipt and Usage Spreadsheet" to the BLI for Future Reference

I.    Occupational unions and fishermen's associations should, before February 28, 2022, submit the "Labor Insurance Premium Payment Receipt and Usage Spreadsheet" (hereinafter referred to as "Premium Payment Receipt") for the month of December, 2021 to the BLI for future reference.

II.    If an occupational union has a record of late or overdue payment for labor insurance premium in 2021, the occupational union should submit a copy of the Premium Payment Receipt to the BLI for future reference on a monthly basis. The Premium Payment Receipt for December, 2021 should be submitted before January 31, 2022; the Premium Payment Receipt for January, 2022 should be submitted before February 28, 2022; and so forth.

III.    If an occupational union has pre-collected labor insurance premium but has not yet established a designated account, the occupational union should submit in the meantime a copy of the passbook for the designated account for labor insurance (including a copy of the front page of the passbook, as well as the transaction details for the latest three months).

IV.    In accordance with Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 8 of the "Operational Rules Governing the Subsidies to Occupational Unions and Fishermen's Associations for Administering the Labor Insurance Business", occupational unions and fishermen's associations should submit the Premium Payment Receipts for December of the previous year and June of the current year to the BLI for future reference, respectively before the end of February and the end of August of each year. For those with late or overdue payments of the labor insurance premium during the preceding year, however, the Premium Payment Receipts should be submitted on a monthly basis. The BLI will suspend the payment of the outstanding subsidies for the year if the occupational union or fishermen's associations has pre-collected labor insurance premium but fails to, as required, establish a designated account for such premium, or fails to submit the "Labor Insurance Premium Payment Receipt and Usage Spreadsheet" as required. If the situation has not been rectified before the end of the current year, the BLI shall disapprove the outstanding subsidy payment for the year.
