If the insured fails to pay the labor occupational accident occupational accident insurance premiums in accordance with the regulations, a fine of between NTD20,000 and NTD100,000 shall be imposed, and the correction shall be made within a time limit (i.e. paying the insurance premiums payable), continuous penalties for failure to improve within the period, and announcements shall be made for violations by the insured unit as the reputational penalties.
