5. After an occupational accident, if the insured person works half a day and goes to hospital for rehabilitation the other half of the day and receives only part of his/her salary, can he/she claim the Injury or Sickness Benefits from labor occupational accident insurance?

One of the payment requirements for the injury or sickness benefits from labor occupational accident insurance is that the insured person has been unable to work all day long because of the injury or sickness for over four days. Therefore, if, in spite of the occupational accident, the insured person, in fact, still works every day, then regardless of how many hours he/she works, he/she shall not claim the Injury or Sickness Benefit.
