14. Under what circumstances can the surviving family members apply for the survivor pension?
Eligible surviving family members’ can apply for survivors pension under the following circumstances:
- The insured suffers occupational injury and death during the insurance coverage period.
- The insured withdraws the insurance and passes away during the period of receiving the complete or severe permanent disability pension.
