16. If the insured applies for the insurance for the first time after January 1, 2009 and passes away due to an occupational accident, and all of the surviving family members do not meet the requirements for survivor pension, what benefits can be applied for?

If the insured applies for the insurance for the first time after January 1, 2009, and passes away due to an occupational accident after May 1, 2022, the surviving family members  may only apply for survivor pension. However, if the eligible surviving family members pass away and all of the other surviving family members are not eligible for such pension, they may choose to claim the Lump-sum survivor benefits.
