Permanent Disability Benefits (Lump-Sum payment) of Labor Occupational Accident Insurance

Related regulations:

1. The average monthly insured salary is calculated by dividing the insured persons' total monthly insurance salaries in the most current 6 months (including the current month) prior to the insurance incident occurs by 6; for those who have joined insurance coverage less than 6 months, their average monthly insured salaries shall be calculated by their actual coverage years.
2. The disability level and benefit of the “Labor Occupational Accident Insurance Disability Benefits” are determined based on the disability level of different body parts, according to the disability items and levels specified in the attachments of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance Disability Benefit Payment Standards(hereinafter referred to as Occupational Insurance Disability Standards ) and the Labor Insurance Disability Benefit Payment Standards(hereinafter referred to as Labor Insurance Disability Standards ).
3. According to the subparagraphs in Paragraph 2, Article 6 of the Labor Insurance Disability Benefit Payment Standards, if the disability in each part of the body meets 2 or more disability items, benefits shall be paid based on the highest disability rating or the highest rating plus 1 to 3 rating(s); or approved based on the total number of days for individual disability ratings.
