Survivor Pension of Labor Occupational Accident Insurance

According to Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act:

1. Calculation formula: the amount of survivor pension payment：50% of the insured person’s average monthly insured salary for the last 6 months before the month the insured person died.
2. An additional 10% of the amount shall be issued for each one additional person, up to a maximum of additional 20%.
3. The users couldn't get the trial amount from the website, if  the deceased get an insurance claim and dies during permanent disability pension period. 

The calculation result is for reference only, the actual amount received is still subject to the approval of the BLI.
