5. Upon the insured in a vocational training institution applies for labor occupational accident insurance, when will the insurance take effect?

The labor occupational accident insurance for the insured of the vocational training institution will take effect upon making the declaration. If the vocational training institution declares the insurance application on the day the trainee arrives for the training, the insurance period will be calculated from such date of notification, or the day following the date of notification if the declaration of the insurance application is not made on the day the trainee arrives for the training.
