13. Under what circumstances will the insured unit's labor insurance coverage be terminated by the Bureau of Labor Insurance if there are unpaid insurance premiums?

If the insured unit has ceased operation, been dissolved, revoked, abolished or declared bankrupt, or has been determined to be no longer in business or to employ workers, the Bureau of Labor Insurance may terminate the insured unit's coverage in accordance with regulations.
