  3. Managing the enrollment/withdrawal of insurance, as well as adjustment of insurance salaries for business entities, companies, and the employers of foreign home caregivers and domestic helpers.
  4. Premium calculation for business entities, companies, and the employers of foreign home caregivers and domestic helpers.
  5. Investigating and imposing penalty on enrollment-related illegal activities conducted by business entities, companies, and the employers of foreign home caregivers and domestic helpers.
  6. Managing the enrollment and premium calculation for those participating in the program according to Article 10 of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act, as well as the investigation and penalty against illegal behaviors.
  7. Issuance and delivery of premium bills to the insured units.
  8. Pushing the uninsured employers to complete the enrollment procedures; investigating and enforcing penalties against illegal behaviors.
  9. Calculating the amount of monthly premium subsidy to be allocated by different levels of government for insured persons of different category; in the meantime, issuing notifications for the allocation.

Premiums Division
  1. Planning, research, and proposal on premium operations; managing overdue premium payments.
  2. Managing the collection and payment of premium.
  3. Managing overdue premium bills, imposing penalty where necessary.
  4. Managing new applications from occupational unions and fishermen’s associations.
  5. Administering enrollment/withdrawal of insurance and adjustment of insurance salary for occupational unions, fishermen’s associations, government agencies/organizations and vocational training institutions.
  6. Premium calculation for occupational unions, fishermen’s associations, government agencies/organizations and vocational training institutions.
  7. Investigation and imposing penalty on illegal enrollment activities conducted by occupational unions, fishermen’s associations, government agencies/organizations and vocational training institutions.
  8. Managing various documents of the insured units and insured persons, including retrieval, providing, safekeeping and maintenance thereof.

Ordinary Accident Benefits Payment Division
  1. Planning, research, and proposal on the operations of labor insurance maternity and old-age benefits, employment insurance benefits and disbursement of wages arrears payment fund.
  2. Review and approval of the applications for labor insurance maternity and old-age benefits.
  3. Review and approval of the applications for employment insurance benefits.
  4. Administering the disbursement and recovery of the wages arrears payment fund.
  5. The review and approval of the applications for wage subsidies for pregnancy checkup leave, pregnancy checkup accompaniment leave, paternity leave and parental leave.
  6. Managing the income/expenditure control and accounting operations for the funds of labor insurance, employment insurance, labor occupational accident insurance, wage arrears payment funds, as well as the wage subsidies for pregnancy checkup leaves, paternity leave, pregnancy checkup accompaniment leaves, paternity leave and parental leave.
  7. Other matter relating to ordinary accidents benefits.
Occupational Accident Benefits Payment Division
  1. Planning, research, and proposal on various operations relating to the injury and sickness benefit, permanent disability benefit, survivor benefit, disappearance benefit and medical benefits under the labor insurance and labor occupational accident insurance.
  2. Planning, research, and proposal on various operations relating to the occupational disease allowance and care subsidy of workers who had been diagnosed of occupational diseases after withdrawal from the labor occupational accident insurance, as well as the subsidies to the workers who have not been enrolled to the labor occupational accident insurance.
  3. Review and approval of the claims relating to the injury and sickness benefit, permanent disability benefit, survivor benefit and disappearance benefit under the labor insurance and labor occupational accident insurance.
  4. Review and approval of the claims relating to the occupational disease allowance and care subsidy of workers who had been diagnosed of occupational diseases after withdrawal from the labor occupational accident insurance, as well as the subsidies to the workers who have not been enrolled to the labor occupational accident insurance.
  5. Managing the outsourcing of the medical care benefit business under labor occupational accident insurance, as well as review and approval of the benefit.
  6. Managing the health examinations and follow-up health examinations for the prevention of occupational diseases under the labor occupational accident insurance.
  7. Planning, research, proposing and managing the recovery of the occupational accident benefit payments made to the workers who are subject to compulsory enrollment but have not been properly enrolled.
  8. Budgeting for the premium subsidies to the workers who have withdrawn from the occupational accident insurance during the period of medication but wish to continue participating in the labor insurance.
  9. Other matters relating to the benefits, allowances, and subsidies under the occupational accident insurance.
Labor Pension Division
  1. Planning, research, and proposal on the labor pension operations.
  2. Allocation of the labor pension funds and management of fines.
  3. Collection and management of overdue labor pension and overdue payment penalty.

  5. Management of individual labor pension accounts.
  6. Management of the finance, accounting and income/expenditure control of the labor pension.

  4. Managing the overdue premium, interest installment, and postponed premium/interest payment for the national pension.
  5. Review and approval of the applications for old-age pension benefits, maternity benefits, disability pension payments, funeral benefits, and survivor pension payments.
  6. Review and approval of the applications for old-age basic guaranteed pension payments, disability basic guaranteed pension payments and indigenous people payments.

Farmers Insurance Division

  2. Cross-check the related social insurance data to manage the eligibility and benefit payment of the farmer health insurance and farmer occupational accident insurance, as well as the concurrent relationship for welfare allowance for elderly farmers.
  3. Review and approval of the enrollment cases under farmer health insurance and farmer occupational accident insurance, as well as the premium calculation thereof.
  4. Managing the finance and premium collection for farmer health insurance and farmer occupational accident insurance.
  5. Review, approval, and payment of the benefits for farmer health insurance and farmer occupational accident insurance, as well as the welfare allowance for elderly farmers.
