22. An insured unit or insured person belonging to a labor union or fishermen's association has outstanding insurance premium and the Bureau of Labor Insurance has transferred the case to the Administrative Enforcement Agency. If a collection notice is received from the Administrative Enforcement Agency, what should the insured unit or person do?

When receiving a collection notice from the Administrative Enforcement Agency, the insured unit or insured person belonging to a labor union or fishermen's association shall pay the amount due by the prescribed deadline at the branch offices of the Administrative Enforcement Agency or at the designated financial institutions authorized to collect the payment. If the insured unit or person cannot make a onetime payment because of financial difficulties, one may apply for installment payments at the branch offices of the Administrative Enforcement Agency.
