9. After the person in charge of the company (employer) has claimed old-age benefits, whether the person in charge of the insured unit shall be replaced?
After the person in charge of the company has claimed old-age benefits, if he/she is still the person in charge of the company, there is no need to change the person in charge. However, if the person in charge on the certificate or license of the company has been changed, then the company needs to contact the Bureau and conduct the person in charge changing procedure.
