9. If an insurance person of labor insurance loses eight of his/her teeth due to a traffic accident, Could he/she claim for disability benefits?

If the insured person of labor insurance loses more than five teeth (don’t include artificial teeth) and the symptoms remain after treatment and no further improvement could be expected after further treatment, and is diagnosed as permanent disability by National Health Insurance special contracted hospitals or clinics. The insured person could claim for disability benefits by submitting the Disability Diagnosis Report issued by the hospital or clinics mentioned above, Labor Insurance Disability Benefits Application Form and Payment Receipt and the "Certificate of Proof for sending Labor Insurance Disability Diagnosis Report directly to the Bureau of Labor Insurance”.
