If you are qualified for the old-age pension benefit as of July 2014 and you have already applied for it, you will receive the payment that month. But because it takes time for BLI to review and approve the application, the pension for July will be deposited into your account by the end of August, and the pension for August will be deposited by the end of September, and so on.
