14. If an insured unit has premium arrears, can an insured person who works for it apply for the injury or sickness benefit because of his/her hospitalization for injury or sickness?

In the event that the Bureau of Labor Insurance has temporarily refused to pay the insured unit because of the premium arrears, but that the insured unit has already withheld the premium payable by the insured person himself/herself or has received the same from him/her, then the insured person may still apply for the injury or sickness benefit in accordance with related regulations if he/she is eligible to claim said benefit during that particular period covered by the premium withheld or paid.
